The Radisson Fort McDowell Resort and Casino welcomes you to Fountain Hills and the Phoenix / Scottsdale Arizona areas. Our on-site full service upscale mesquite restaurant, Ahnala is a favorite of locals and hotel guests alike. It’s the main restaurant at the Radisson Fort McDowell Resort and Casino and is open daily for breakfast (starting at 6:30am), lunch and dinner. The lounge is open daily from 4:00pm to midnight. Ahnala Restaurant & Lounge offers a wide selection of southwestern dishes and great drinks. Our chef has created an eclectic menu featuring local Native American dishes and authentic mesquite grilled cuisine. Many house specialties showcase citrus, pecans and herbs grown locally at the Fort McDowell Yavapai Farm.

• SOUTHWESTERN CHOWDER
  Roasted green chili corn and roasted red bell pepper chowders garnished with avocado and fresh crema.
• AHNALA'S SIGNATURE SALAD
  Spring mix lettuce, Fort McDowell Farm Pecans, dried cherries, Laura Chenel goat cheese tossed in white chocolate vinaigrette.
• PAN SEARED SCALLOPS
  Butternut Squash ravioli drizzled with prickly pear jelly.
• YAVAPAI PECAN TROUT
  Trout crusted with Fort McDowell Farm Pecans served with fiesta rice and carrots with a frangelico cream sauce.
• MESQUITE SMOKED CHICKEN
  One half of a chicken over garlic whipped potatoes served with tri-colored carrots and green chili buerre blanc.
• RACK OF LAMB
  Blueberry bread pudding over an ancho chili demi served with white and green asparagus.
• AHNALA'S MESQUITE GRILLED SPECIALTIES
  Choose from Beef Tenderloin Fillet, Petit Filet, New York Steak, Rib eye Steak, Porterhouse Steak or Flank Steak Cooked to order with your choice of gourmet sea salt and fresh ground pepper or southwest seasoning finished with your choice of Maytag Bleu Cheese Sauce or Red Wine Veal demi-glace.
