The Radisson Fort McDowell Resort and Casino offers full service event planning that combines meticulous attention to details with imaginative banquet and catering menus to themed events in natural an almost-surreal upscale desert motif setting.

All events hosted or catered at the Radisson Fort McDowell Resort and Casino get the same attention to detail and Radisson’s signature Yes I Can® Hospitality. For larger events, such as weddings, a specialist will be provided to review, plan and handle the details of your big occasion.

From projectors to supplies, our team will get everything your event needs to ensure that all your guests will have a smooth and memorable experience.

The Radisson Fort McDowell Resort and Casino Meeting and Event Facilities Include:

• Grand Ballroom - accommodates up to 2,000 guests for theater settings, up to 1,400 for banquet settings and 1,050 guests for classroom seating. The ballroom consists of 18,000 square feet and can be divided into 9 breakout rooms.
• Sections 1, 4, & 5 - each section of the Grand Ballroom features 3,000 square feet that are perfect for breakout sessions, smaller meetings, or end-of-day gatherings. Each scan accommodate up to 330 guests and offer a variety of seating arrangements.
• Sections 2, 3, 6, 7, 8, & 9 are for smaller gatherings, or breakouts, these sections that make up the Grand Ballroom are 1,500 square feet and can accommodate up to 165 guests in a variety of configurations.
• Salons A, F, B, C, D & E are also available for your meeting needs. Each section features between 720 and 640 square feet. Accommodations range from between 75 to 65 guests for theater settings, between 50 to 45 guests banquet settings and 45 to 40 guests for classroom settings.
• Junior Ballroom - perfect for wedding parties or social gatherings. Our Junior Ballroom features 385 guests for theater settings, 290 for banquet settings and up to 240 for classroom seating.
• Outdoor Functions – the Fort McDowell Resort offers outdoor space that can be configured to accommodate up to 300 guests in a variety of configurations (pictured at the top of this page)
